Two residences in Filothei In a beautiful location in Filothei, we are constructing a two-story residence, each story will have an apartment of 190 square meters. At the back we have designed a garden with a large swimming pool and a playroom with a view towards the pool. The site is located on a hill with a magnificent view from the roof, so we decided to take advantage of this aspect and place an exterior playroom on the roof. We are constructing a low-energy building by using building shell, energy efficient windows and many more techniques. The design of the building is in minimal line, the colors used are off-white and grey with some dark grey aluminum elements. The architectural study is undertaken by the architect Niki Houvarda in collaboration with Kostas Hatzioglou. The construction will be completed in 2020. Ground floor plan.
Luxury residences next to the beach... In Porto Heli, in an excellent area near Agios Emilianos, three houses are being built on a 5,000 square meter site. The three residences have a view towards the sea and they are located 50 meters from the beach. Each house has three bedrooms with ensuit bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and two separate guest rooms with a small living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Outside we have designed gardens, swimming pools, barbeque and seating areas. The main goals of the architectural design is the morphological harmony of the construction and the environment. Therefore, materials such as stone, wood and pebbles of the area will be used for wall, cladding, etc. The architectural study took into consideration the privacy of each residence. The building's energy dependency will be reduced using photovoltaics, solar panels, thermal insulation and energy-efficient windows. The architectural design was undertaken by the architects Kostas Hatzioglou and Niki Houvarda and the interior design by Eleni Karakatsani. Construction is expected to be completed by 2020.
